This works amazingly well, stays hot for a surprisingly long time, and I like that it's "hot stones" rather than something you stick on. The fabric part closes in front with something similar to velcro, which means, 1. you can readjust it if you need to, and 2. when you take it off, there's no glue residue stuck to you. And the relief it provides is just so amazing.Generally love this, but the first time I ordered this online instead of buying in store, and it's not nearly as warm as any others I've bought (I regularly purchase this item). I hope the next batch is better. *UPDATE: I bought this again elsewhere - much warmer AND almost half price. Check your local stores.This product did not meet my standards.Did not heat up,at all.Supposed to heat within 30 mins2 hours later no heat,I am very disappointed in this product delivered from Amazon,I haved used it before ,purchased from various pharmacies,it has worked extremely well.I was going on a 4 week trip,and ordered this in bulk from Amazon to take with me.Needless to say I was without pain releive for my lower back from this product.I had to spend approximately $600 to buy this product along the way,from pharmacies.I also purchased this same product for the neck and shoulders.Also this product did not heat up in anyway,at all.Sorely disappointed.You do have to be careful you do not burn your skin with the Robax. I had put cotton material before the Robax and still got burned - so make sure you read directions.the strap around waist is unfomfortable. I kept getting jabbed by the edges/velcro of the material. It warmed up a bit but nothing like you would hope for. Mediocre and not a good return on moneyI suffer from Arthritis and these wraps provide a constant low grade heat to the small of my back that really does help me feel warmer all over and also keeps the back muscles relaxed.They last the whole day. I recently moved and wouldn't have been able to get much done. I worked pretty hard most of the day and was still able to get out of bed the next dayDidn’t like price but needed them because they work!
