GolfingI was looking for a higher-performing, cross-training shoe, and I came across Athalonz! This is a spikeless golf shoe that provides incredible stability, so I decided to give it a whirl! I purchased from Amazon because I wanted the fastest shipping, but I will definitely purchase more pairs from Athalonz direct. Not only does this shoe have multiple U.S. patents, but it's from a company that is trying to do good in this world! I read about the founder via the Athalonz blog, and was blown away by his dedication to use Athalonz not only to improve athlete performance, but to raise awareness and ultimately stop the cycle of child abuse. I highly recommend this shoe!! Oh, and do size up a half size because they run a bit small.The first time I bought these shoes it was because Bernhard Langer advertised them but I walk them out got a pair of Puma’s and they are trash. But these Athelons are for any golfer who’s looking to improve. They workJust received my first pair of Athalonz shoes and they have lived up to my expectations. I agreed with the statement that my shoes should be a critical part of my golf equipment. I know that my swing is greatly impacted by what I am wearing on my feet and they definitely add more power and balance. A lot of golf shoes make promises about how they can help your performance, but I was impressed with the patents on this product. Proven. They feel good and look good - I enjoy telling everyone who sees me wearing them why they make such a difference in my game.I got these for a Christmas present for my hubby. He reports that it keeps his foot better balances, so the he is playing better golf.I am a GHIN (handicap) of +.06, so basically a scratch senior golfer.The tech design of the shoe claims of better balance and pressure points of the feet to ground are pretty much bogus, just marketing. But I bought into that hogwash at full price $180, my badd.Purchased a 1/2 size larger and fit is good. Shoe is EZ to take off, but very difficult to put on. A shoe horn is needed due to special inner sock liner that extends to below ankle. Shoes are comfortable to walk but walking feels weird due to the shoe-2-ground tech design. But ok if using riding golf cart, where walking is limited. Lacing system is not ez to adjust the laces either.Bernhard...your recommendation let me down. My new other brands of golf shoes work just as well for balance and swing, without the tech design.This is my 3rd pair. I love the fit and without a doubt they have helped lowered my score. I used to shoot in the high 90's now consistently in the low 90's. I also have drop foot, so the balance they provide is absolutely vital to my follow through and staying stable all the way through the swing. I order a 1/2 size larger and they fit perfect.Golf
