It is a great shoe for the price you pay. The quality of the "leather" straps is not the best, but it is certainly acceptable for a toddler shoe that will be worn for only a short while before they outgrow the shoe. The velcro for the strap is not incredibly strong, but seems to hold enough so far that we are not constantly losing the shoes. The woven detail is different and very cute. It is difficult for us to find shoes with a hard, rubber sole for our little one's tiny feet. Some of the reviews posted said the sole was not the same as in the picture, but maybe they bought a different color/type because the sole was exactly as pictured on the shoes we received. All-in-all, I would buy again.Fit my 11 month old great. She has average size feet but chubby. Inside feels soft. Sole is thin so it isn’t too weird for her to walk in.Simple pair of sandals.
